2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ad33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ad33 may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account until satisfactory age verification is provided.
• You are opening an account for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a current employee of ad33 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on ad33 or on any other gambling platform that would make your registration a violation of that exclusion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ad33 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. These thresholds may be adjusted periodically. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your account.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. ad33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits received from third-party sources will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours, though most withdrawals to mobile wallets such as bKash and Nagad are completed within 60 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method that matches the one used for your most recent deposit, subject to available withdrawal options at the time of the request.
• ad33 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

All transactions on ad33 are recorded in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform when referencing monetary amounts. Currency conversion is not offered. Taka amounts displayed represent your actual account balance with no currency conversion applied.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

ad33 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without refund:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or that circumvents the platform's normal operation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ad33 to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity, or using the platform as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or system vulnerability in ad33's platform to obtain credits, wins, or advantages to which you would not otherwise be entitled.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits after those funds have been used to wager on the platform. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will be reported to relevant financial institutions and, where applicable, to law enforcement.

ad33 employs a range of technical and manual fraud-detection measures. Where prohibited conduct is detected, accounts will be frozen pending investigation. Players whose accounts are closed due to violations of this section will not be entitled to a refund of any deposits or withdrawal of any balance, except where required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, ad33 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or financial loss resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end, or any force majeure event beyond ad33's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the platform due to a technical error. In such cases, ad33 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct the error but does not guarantee the accuracy of all displayed content at all times.
• Any loss or damage to your device, data, or software resulting from accessing or using the ad33 platform, including any damage caused by malware, viruses, or other harmful components encountered during your use of the platform.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your ad33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500) will be paid out to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no investigation is pending. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

ad33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that ad33 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or to other players. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited in full.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ad33 platform, ad33 encourages players to contact customer support in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally. ad33 is committed to handling all complaints fairly and promptly. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal complaints process has been completed may seek further recourse through available legal channels in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
